I had a great stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the Truckee River and within walking distance of downtown attractions. The rooms were large, spotless, and had comfortable beds. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my extended stay feel welcome. On the downside, the breakfast could use a bit more variety to truly shine.

7.8/10

My stay at this hotel was quite an experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Reno and close to plenty of attractions. The rooms are huge and comfortable, but they struggled a bit with the afternoon heat. I had some noise issues during the night due to parties, which was disappointing. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially at the bar. The breakfast, while reasonably priced, could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it’s a decent place, but there are some areas that could be better.

Rooms

The rooms are extra large, almost 500 sq ft, and include a sofa, a large table, and plenty of storage. However, mine struggled to stay cool in the afternoon sun, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is great, close to the casinos and the Truckee River, which made for some enjoyable strolls. However, the rooms could use some updates; they felt a bit stuffy and struggled to cool down in the afternoon sun. The staff was fantastic, particularly Scott from the bar, who gave some excellent dinner recommendations. Overall, while the price was reasonable, the room conditions were less than ideal.

Rooms

The rooms were a bit outdated and felt stuffy, especially since mine faced the sun in the afternoon. They did come with towels, water, and a TV, but cooling was a challenge.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially for its great location right beside the Truckee River and walking distance to restaurants and parks. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful view, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. However, the dining options could be improved, and while the value was good, the breakfast was just okay. Overall, a solid choice but with some room for improvement.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent for accessing the Riverwalk and nearby casinos, and the rooms are spacious and very clean, making it perfect for families. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, but I found the dining options a bit lacking in variety. Overall, it's a good value, especially since it's not a casino hotel, providing a quieter atmosphere.
